Pancake House Tiendesitas — Restaurant in Pasig

We normally enjoy Pancake House for their food but this branch doesn't even have coffee. Upside: we appreciate that they can separate sugar syrup from their coolers. There are tables outside the store (but still inside Tiendesitas), GCash available Downside: this is a relatively small store and a bit crammed inside. When we were there a huge group reserved their 2nd floor for an event maybe. They were so loud, acoustics were awful where we were seated at the ground floor, beside the restroom. Their wait staff seemed spaced out that day and one was a little curt. Do we recommend this place? Just okay, not raving. There are so many good food places at Tiendesitas, this isn't one of our go-to's. Are we going...

Don’t eat here on a Sunday morning. It took us one hour to get our food because they have a small kitchen and too little staff to deal with the volume of people esp with the ccf crowd. All other days it’s ok but on Sunday - stay away unless you want your breakfast to be lunch. They were prioritizing take out over dine in because dine in are stuck waiting. Take out has other better options. And the staff couldn’t do anything except keep saying yes when you follow up orders. Removing this pancake house from Sunday morning options....

Staff who assisted us are approachable, and dealth with us, with full kindness. They are knwoledgeable in explaining to us what can we expect, by using our Pancake House Card, and we are able to understand its terms and conditions.

We appreciate the food in Pancake House- homemade with excellent taste.

The service did not take too long.

The ambiance is quite conducive, whether we stay inside the restaurant or the outdoor dining (inside Tiendesitas Mall).

We will be back for this branch's great service, excellent food...
