Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken and Sauce Bar Robinsons Metro East — Restaurant in Pasig

We arrived at about 6:50pm. We waited for the table to be cleared and then after a while, the staff provided us with their menu. When we were ready to order, we called for the lady entering table transactions. She told us to wait. About 20 minutes later, a busboy stepped up his role and began taking orders. We repeated the order about four times until he got it right. I am guessing he must be low on blood sugar as he can't absorb what I am telling him. Then he said it will be just about 15 minutes before our order will be served. It took about 20 minutes. While we were eating, another meal came, asking if it was part of our order, he told us the table number. After eating, I asked to bill out. About 15 minutes later, they wouldn't budge until a staff member came by to use the bathroom. It was another 10 minutes before it was finally settled and billed out. I rated it 1 star for...

Worst branch that I tried for Peri-Peri. Staff were inattentive. Like it seems they are avoiding to look at you. They are so busy talking with each other on a LOUD voice. The music they are playing for this branch were also very loud that me and wife can't able to hear each other while talking. Only one lady were approaching us but we need to call her. Raising our hands doesn't call their attention. I also notice other customers having problem calling them. It's irritating as if we are disturbing their funny conversations.

We also ordered a food that's not available. But they informed us that it's not available after serving all our food! Take note that such order is an appetizer. We should have it replaced with other things if we knew ahead that it is not available. Worst...

Came late in the evening, didn't have that much customers. Service was actually great. The server was very attentive and responsive. Judging by the other reviews, they just seemed to be understaffed that's why they get swamped easy.
