Ordered Gambas Al Aljillo, Pumpkin Soup and Churros.
Gambas Al Aljillo was said to have "lots and lots of garlic", which I notice 1 whole clove. Maybe the rest were chopped. Garlic wasn't pronounced, but maybe my taste buds were as alert.
Pumpkin Soup has a distinct hint of curry spice, verified with the staff. Soup was fibrous, seems to suggest, pumpkin was grind/blended before cooking, resulting in the texture. It's still nice.
Churros knocked me off my seat. The waitress actually made it fresh on order. I've never seen churros made so fresh. She even rejected the 1st lot, as she said, the dough is likely left out too long thus texture compromised. What? She was most willing to redo it, fresh dough, folded and made all over again. They take their churros very seriously.

BTW, it isn't a 4" short churros but a good 6-8" whole churros they served.
Last but not least. The mango margaritas has a nice amount of tequila. I requested for reduced sugar, and it went just nice.
I can only conclude my visit as, "came curious,...

We had an amazing baked oysters to kick things off, french onion and pumpkin soup was great, and calamari for entrees (mom enjoyed the aioli dip) 😅. As for the mains we ordered Paella Negra which was the highlight (highly recommended) and it goes so well with the sav blanc 🤤, seafood pasta, beef Bourguignon we're yummy as well. To finish our dine we had silvana, churros and pecan pie which I enjoyed. I had Jasmine tea which had a beautiful taste and scent, to wash it all off! Great selections of wine, the sav blanc complemented the dishes well and my glasses went so quick as we go through the dishes. Overall, It was a very pleasant experience dinning in!
