Cucina di Francesco is a gem of a restaurant that serves authentic Italian cuisine in a cozy and inviting atmosphere. I visited the restaurant last Wednesday for a late lunch and was impressed by the warm and welcoming ambiance. I ordered the salmon and spinach pasta, which was a delight to the palate. The pasta was cooked al dente and the salmon was perfectly cooked, adding a rich and creamy flavor to the dish. The roasted chicken Caesar salad was also a great choice, with tender chicken and fresh greens topped with a tangy Caesar dressing. The house blend ice tea was a refreshing beverage that complemented my meal perfectly. And for dessert, I couldn't resist trying the carrot cake, which was rich and moist, with just the right amount of sweetness. The service at Cucina di Francesco was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall dining experience. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. I highly recommend Cucina di Francesco for anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine in a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The dishes are flavorful and well-prepared, and the service is attentive and friendly. #CucinaDiFranceso #italianrestaurant.

[Good] One of the best Italian trattoria in this area. Price is quite reasonable. You can have simple Italian in the clean and cute space. You don't need to hesitate to visit them regardless of alone, with partner or with a group. [Bad] Don't expect too much about their food quality. Pasta is soft as filipino pasta in turo-turo and far from al dente. i think its not only because of overcooked. Most of bread is not authentic italian style, too. They are also lack of some of main ingredients for Italian such as mozzarella buffala and prosciutto crudo. They don't serve any alcohol. So, if you would like to eat authentic Italian with great quality for your dinner, this is not the place. They accept only domestic credit card (only visa and mastercard issued in Philippines). I could not use my Amex, Diners and Visa which were issued in my country)

Cucina di Francesco will always be one of those restos that I’ll never get tired of recommending! Just beside St. Pio of Pietrelcina Chapel this hidden cafe serves italian cuisine ample to the taste buds of Pinoys 😉 Their menu is reasonably priced! I believe it’s because the ingredients are sourced locally— plus points for people with diet restrictions. The dishes were served hot which made our stay really comforting 💓 Oh and they’re a PWD-friendly cafe! We were cheerfully served by 2 PWD crews. Will definitely go back to try their pizzas and other pastas! I always order their aglio olio kasi 😆

Being a nice customer, instead of being confrontational about my not so good experience, I’d rather walk away and sworn to never come back to this restaurant.

Why? I think that it’s still ingrained in some Filipinos to downplay their fellow countryman’s appearance. Humbly speaking, the restaurant is not that majestic for them to discriminate on their customers. The first time I entered the restaurant, I thought it would be a splendid experience for me but sadly, it was the opposite. The servers were never inviting not accomodating. They were stagnant and seemed standoffish. I wonder how the management train their people, are they being selective to their customers? As far as I am concerned, no matter who your customers are, you should treat every customer the same as everyone else. After all, we are human beings and we all live in the same world. How would you stomach letting someone waiting in vain and not even bothering to ask what is his/her order? The funny thing is, they even attended on the other customer who came after me. I am not VIP but I hope that there should be fair treatment in your restaurant. I am truly disappointed and instead of going baliistic, I just calmly walked out of the restaurant and looked at it from afar that maybe one day, you will realize that the success of your restaurant lies on HOW YOU TREAT EVERY CUSTOMER with warmth and...

We have been to this place for a party and the food was good so we decided to try it again. Their food, no question, its good. Just dont order the corned beef breakfast, its Php440 and they give you 2.5 thin slices; pointer finger in length, what a rip off. Whats funny, when we got the bill, it was Php444, when I told them it was wrong, not only did it take long to correct it, nobody even bothered to apologize. When I asked about the scarcity of the corned beef, this girl May I think her name was, simply said its measured 100 grams. Didnt seem like it was though; I've gotten way more from Santis.🤣 In short, yes, the food was good but the Customer Service? Please train your staff to be more pleasant and learn to empathize. Its a waste of good food if the service is not good. There are a lot of Italian restaurants with good food and great service. Give people a reason...
