We were served with spoiled pork with our 2 aka chasumen order. The pork was sour in the first small bite, and still felt off on our second bite. We immediately called the attention of one of the servers and informed him about this. He went back to us telling us they'll just replace the pork slices. However, I told him we prefer to change the items instead. 2 Tan Tan Men. The staff went speechless so I advised him to ask the manager to come over instead. She was a furious lady.
She informed us that they'll just replace the pork slices. I told her I'm not comfortable with that as ramen itself may have already been contaminated and if they replace it with an entirely new pairs of Aka Chasumen, the pork may still be the same. She said changing of orders is not allowed, but I politely insisted by repeating my concern. She then reasoned out that the any tan tan men leftover can't be taken out. I said we don't plan to take it out anyway. She said eventually agreed to change our orders. The new ramens came 10 mins later.
My feedback here is the lady didn't apologize as a sign of courtesy. She was a bit pushy while talking to us. Meanwhile, I maintained my composure and stayed soft spoken so that the other customers won't get conscious and won't get distracted. She walked out and never faced us.
Another thing, it took 20 mins before they gave us our bill after asking.

Read moreService was quick and friendly. The staff checked in without hovering, and our food came out hot and fresh within minutes. Prices were reasonable for the portion and quality—definitely worth it. The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—deep umami with just the right amount of heat. The noodles were fresh and firm, and the toppings were generous, especially the tender slices of chashu pork and the perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg. Every bite felt thoughtfully crafted. Prices were fair for the quality and portion sizes. They also offered a good variety, including vegetarian options and small appetizers like gyoza and karaage, which were also delicious.
Highly recommended for anyone craving an authentic and satisfying bowl of noodles especially within Eastwood. Since a lot of office workers are within the area, this a perfect resto to have ramen that’s within the budget.
You should have a lot of parking options within the area. Pay...
Read moreBeen here multiple times since 2016 because chicken teriyaki don is my comfort food. However, I’d like to call out the management of this branch specifically on what happened on Saturday, July 13 2024 around 10pm. We ordered 2 combo sets of ramen, food tastes great as always however the service is not. We asked to take out our ramen because it’s too night and they didn’t serve the extra noodles. The tall waiter came over and is very “sabaw” (if you know what i mean) so we asked for take out, we also asked to give us chopsticks for take out, then this waiter ask if ramen are to be separated and we confirmed. After few minutes, the waiter went back giving us the chopsticks (for dine in) - sabaw diba! Then after few minutes he brings us the take away food and guess what, to our dismay the waiter combined the 2 ramen soup into one plastic and noodles in the other. Tbh that was gross! Napakababoy ng service...
