Felicidad — Restaurant in Quezon City

Not a fan of the food in general. The quesadillas did not have much cheese in it. The nachos while cooked uniquely was poorly made without any tomatoes, or other toppings. Just a whole ton of mayonnaise dressing and a smattering of ground beef. While i love mayo i don't like it in nachos at all. I was intrigued by the vibes of the restaurant though.
