Fersal Hotel — Hotel in Quezon City

We had a great experience with Fersal Hotel Kalayaan from the moment we checked in. Although the entire staff were all commendable and respectful there are some particular employees really got my attention. The employees in particular are Jerry and Mae from the housekeeping team who made sure room is clean and sanitized. They all assisted us in every way possible, they are all very polite, helpful and with cheerful attitude same with their Operations Manager Mr. Jonathan who even granted our late check out request because I badly need an hour to wait for my sister’s business meeting. This simple gesture is a top notch. I can’t thank you enough for doing this for us. We’ll definitely be back!

Just have a one comment on the TV signal connection as we are unable to watch our anticipated show during our stay. Hopefully this will be fixed.

They all went above and beyond with their kindness, patience, thoughtfulness and professionalism handling each time on our inquiries, needs and requests. They are all an asset to this hotel, all of them should be acknowledged and recognized.

Overall the experience was pleasant and would definitely recommend it to others. Having a bible in the room is also a plus for this hotel ;)

Stayed in this quaint hotel along Kalayaan Ave, near the QC Hall: sparked memories of old training days from a nearby specialty hospital- old food haunts revisited nearby - the old Trilles at a juction still servied the classic sisig & Little Quiapo, the detectable halohalo, yummy even at nearly midnight-but more importantly- this well located hotel may have limited amenities (no dining area ( function rooms being renovated? or has ongoing activity ?, breakfast brought to our rooms - literally, breakfast in bed.||But I cannot complain, what happened next more than made up these concerns- the admirably honest & dependable staff located & helped return- valuable stuffs left when we checked out-Front Desk Manager Dhennis Brusas was very helpful, Room Attendant John Paul Arce found them & then made arrangements for its timely return in the next hotel we were booked in ( too far out of QC) - kudos to Operation Manager Ms Rose Ann Praxido for her decisive arrangements: our appreciation & thanks to these hotel staff/God...
