The Beef Tendon Pares, a classic favorite, was elevated to new heights with its perfectly cooked tendon that melted in your mouth, paired with a sauce that was a harmonious blend of sweet, savory, and a hint of spice. It was a comforting dish that brought back fond memories and created new ones.
The Sizzling Beef Tendon Pares was an experience in itself. Served on a hot plate, it arrived sizzling at the table, enveloping us in its enticing aroma. The tendon in this dish was just as tender, and the slightly charred exterior added a delightful texture that contrasted beautifully with the soft, gelatinous interior.

I was actually surprised that they have a branch here.
Anyway, they have ample parking space and the staff were welcoming and very attentive. Went here at around mid-afternoon so there weren't a lot of people.
We got the goto tendon pares, fried lumpiang gulay, tendon poppers and beef pares noodle.
The pares was delicious. The sauce was sticky, sweet, well-balanced and rich. The meat was tender, and the tendon, well, it was soft and sticky. Just delicious.
The fried lumpia also tasted great. It was served hot and crispy. The sawsawang suka was the perfect condiment. The tendon popper was okay. Breading was okay, gravy was okay.
The beef pares noodles was very good. The soup tasted good and the noodles was just the right consistency. Oh, and the fried garlic rice was on point.
