Jollibee - Puregold QI Central — Restaurant in Quezon City

I have had 2 very bad experiences at this branch. Just 2 months ago, I ordered 2 tuna pies to go. I waited for 15 mins for my order, until I had to follow up. I was told to wait and it took them another 12 mins to serve my to go 2pcs tuna pie. And it looks like I never learned. Bec today, I ordered again 2 pcs tuna pie to go. I was asked if I am.willing to.wait for 10 mins. I agreed to wait. But, 10 mins had passed, my # has not been called yet . Still i waited, I set up my alarm for another 10 mins. Nope, no ring on my #. I followed up, I have to wait for another 7 mins. I overheard , someone among the staff gave my order to somebody else. It seems like this branch doesn't have a system. I can't wait any longer I demanded a refund, it took awhile again. They really have a poor service that even the manager, who was working on my refund, was so inattentive and cold on handling the situation. I know, it's petty, 2 tuna pies. But should it take 30 mins to be served? In...

Summary: Liit ng serving, yung chicken joy, tigh part na maliit pa lalo na yung drumstick. Grabe din yung nipis at liit ng patty ng burger steak. yung spaghetti, mukhang marami kasi naka pitpit...first time ko mg review, napa rate ako sa kaumayan.

Warning, long story ahead:

Mejo gutom na ko nung nag dine in ako dito..mahaba haba ang pila, nung ako na yung nasa counter, nagkamali ako ng banggit "Super Meal Dine A" nabanggit ko instead of "Super Meal A, Dine-in" dala siguro ng gutom(lol) natawa yung cashier, tumalikod saglit at talagang natatawa pa, hindi niya maitago, pinalagpas ko kasi my bad nga naman pero nakakainis lang yung na pagtawanan(lol). After ko makakuha ng number naupo na ko da bakanteng solo table sa ground floor para antayin yung order. Mejo may katagalan ang pagbigay ng food, at nang dumating na pambihira anliit ng chickenjoy, drumstick ang part not kidding anliit talaga disappointed ako at nakalimutan kong sabihin na tigh part ang ibigay, at hindi lang yun yung patty ng burger steak, ang nipis at hindi pabilog kundi oblong shape, yung sauce din pagkakaunti, hindi na ko nagtyagang papalitan dala ng gutom ko. Pero ung isang guy na nasa katapat ko na nasa solo table din, pinapalitan niya ung order niya ng tigh part, kinuha nmn ng staff at bumalik, pagkabalik ang sabi 'Sir, tigh part na daw to', nagreact ung customer na guy 'tigh part na to!? Anliit', naka 3x na balik ung staff, sabi ng customer na katapat ko 'kung ano ung part na lang na malaki'. Habang minamasdan sila naisip ko, grabe..kahit pala tigh part nabigay sakin maliliitan pa dn ako, pero anliit talaga ng drumstick langya balat na lang ata yun lol. Sobrang dismayado ng experience...

There's no problem regarding the food, the problem is the attitude of the staff, we ordered 2 C3 3 yum burger 1 2pcs. Burger steak and 3 coke float my husband ask them straw and the staff told him that, for dine in it is not allowed to have the straw I can understand if that is juice only but that is coke float it supposed to have the straw they didn't even take the initiative to give us extra spoon so that at least we can mix it🤦🏿‍♀️🤦🏿‍♀️bad...
