KFC — Restaurant in Quezon City

Worst customer service!

We were already inside the store but the manager was just standing behind the cashier using her mobile phone minding her own business. No greetings or smiles. It's as if I was disturbing her. I had to ask if the store was open since nobody was dining in and the lights outside were off but the 24hrs sign was on.

I tell you, the way the crew talks to the customer were the rudest!

Then considering there's no customers, they didnt even bother cleaning up the used plates! Up to the point were a stray cat was already eating up the leftovers!

The gravy was not fresh at all too! It was like a blob my goodness!

We ordered hotshots too, and it was 90% breading!

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

One star is for the physical...

There wasn't that much many people so much people so I didn't have to wait so I can order my food which is good. The decorations of the place is good lookin and clean. That's 5 stars for me. Another good thing is the service. There was a nice lady guiding me and told me that I could use the screen on the side to order. She was very nice to me and gave me the ketchup I asked so I'll give service another 5 star. And finally, the food. All of the foods I ordered like the fries, sisig, mashed potatoes and burger tasted well. The rice on the sisig isn't enough though. But it's ok. And the fries looked unique. So that's also a 5 star. So all of it for me is 5 star. I recommend...

worst customer service, I experience same problems everytime I dine in on this branch, this is the nearest kfc on our place that’s why I’ve left no choice as I love kfc products and this is the only place I can bought kfc. Everytime I ate here my orders have missing items they were also times that we ate together with my friends and they have experience the same thing. And crews were looking at our food when we ask for the missing items, they look on our foods as if were hiding something from them. I just don’t like this branch and the same problem happened to me again at this moment that i’m leaving...
