Pros

1. cheap esp if you are staying for an extended period
2. aircon is cold however thermostat is broken, this unable to adjust temperature.
3. cheap laundry
4. 7-11 and Uncle John convenience and mercury drug shops nearby and walking distance to PureGold supermarket.
5. Water dispenser at our level, unsure if every level comes with water dispenser.
6. Friendly staff such as the elevator guys and security guard. However the front desk staff ain't very obliging when we requested to shift to a quieter room or change to a bigger bed as the beds we were sleeping as there is an obvious wood protruding alongside in the middle.

Cons

1. we booked Deluxe king room and the queen sized bed is just two single bed placed together, so is better to book 2 single bed room than pay more for deluxe king room which in the end is just arranged 2 single bed together, which makes the bed uncomfortable to sleep in together with your spouse given the piece of wood protruding in the middle.
2. Dim lights in the room
3. Only one elevator can be used, despite there is 2 elevators. Can be very slow during high usage
4. Very noisy esp when you get room facing the road. Windows ain't noise proof
5. No hangers in the closet
6. No fridge
7. No hair dryer
8. Space can be an issue if you have 2-3 big bags, you have to close the bag to make space. Can't leave your baggage open.
9. Safety of the location. On our stay, we witnessed fights that broke out btw two groups of people who smashed glasses and sticks at one another alongside the road blatantly. If you trailed off the main road to side roads, the surrounding can look unfriendly and unsafe with suspicious looking characters loitering around. Best to walk around main road..
10. It was not very comfortable staying in given the room condition , we cut short our stay and shifted to another hotel.

The female security guard was so grumpy and gave off behavior that I wasn't welcome. She was so bossy the way she talked to me. She said I'm not allowed to use the internet in the hotel when I said I needed to download the scanner so that I can submit my information to comply with their policy with regards to COVID protocol. The male staff that was a stand-in for their front desk personnel was not professional in entertaining guests. First, he said I was not booked as per their record. It was an advanced booking on Agoda. Then he changed his line of speaking and gave me an information sheet to fill up. But he raised his voice when I said I needed a receipt for the Php 1,000 security deposit. I was the one apologetic in asking for a receipt and then he had me take pictures of my information sheet with his ID attached and the 1,000 pesos I've given him. The maintenance man who was sent to my room to fix some issues was not helpful and talked to me with a raised voice as if I was not a guest of the hotel. I slept with the TV on, the entire night because the TV wouldn't turn off. The only friendly staff in the hotel was the elevator operator. He smiled with sincerity and talked to me politely. Its a good stay because it was near to our itinerary though we had barely slept, because there are tiny cockroaches roaming around. We also hope that the aircon can be adjusted to guests preference.
