Greenwich SM Novaliches — Restaurant in Quezon City

Our experience at this restaurant was disappointing. From the moment we ordered, the cashier seemed irritated and rushed, even scowling at us. The wait for our food was excessively long. The service crew's demeanor was also unfriendly. When we finally received our food, it was cold and the portions were smaller than what we've come to expect from this chain. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. I wouldn't recommend this...

I would like to complaint the manners of manager in Greenwich SM Novaliches. First I am a grab food delivery rider,I have booking on that store. My complaint is as follows: Discrimination of manager/Sir Richard to food delivery rider we are not allow to use the comfort room,while waiting the order. Sa lahat ng Greenwich na napag pick upan ko ito lang bukod tanging nagbawal kahit na nag hihintay ka sa booking. Representative po kami ng customer at binayaran/ abuno po namin ang mga order nila wala po kami pinagkaiba sa mga take out order niyo.Anong meron bakit ganyan kayo sa mga grabfood/foodpanda rider. Kaya Hindi ako minsan nagsusuot ng uniform ng grab,dahil sa mababang tingin ng iilan. Do some action with this,dahil malaki ang tulong ng mga grab food/foodpanda rider sa delivery at sale ng merchant,or restaurant...

WE DON'T RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! kumain kami ng family ko dito. we understand na medyo matagal ang serving that's okay nag update kami and they said working pa raw.. umabot ang 35 mins.. wala parin at parang galit yung isang service staff na pinagtanungan namin.. dumating yung food namin na malamig and not desirable ang appearance ng chicken so we asked them kung pwede palitan, wala na daw available kung gusto daw namin mag aantay pa kami ng additional 20 minutes.. isipin niyo yun nag antay kami ng matagal tapos ganon ang food na mabibigay sainyo. parang yung mga staff pa ang galit. kami nalang nahiya sakanila imbis na sila ang...
