It's no longer a secret! Found #HiddenVietnam a few minutes drive from our house! We availed of their buy-one-take-one promo for their Chicken Pho, which is every Tuesday and Thursday, 2PM-6PM. Big serving. If you're looking for a refreshing bowl of soup, especially if it's a cold rainy day, this is it. (We'll try their Beef Pho next time, though it's not included in the promo.) I heard that pouring the hot, flavorful soup on the bowl of meat, noodles, and veggies is the traditional Vietnamese way of serving pho. It is to keep the soup clear and the meat is cooked that way. That "small detail" gives us a sense of authenticity for their pho. We also tried their Banh Mi Bo Nuong (Beef Patty)! Crunchy bread (not a mere hotdog bun). If they used another bread, it would not qualify as a Banh Mi. The beef patty taste is not overpowering. Just enough for me. Fresh (read: crispy), organic veggies. Heard that it came from the garden of the owner. Cozy place. Very friendly staff. Adequate parking. Affordable price. #FeelingFoodVlogger

True to its name...It's hidden. Because it is located in a small corner of the building. And can be seen only, if you're walking along that side of the street. Or, if you're coming from the opposite street. And, the place is small, so they do not have the liberty, to place a bigger banner or billboard. And, they have to share the parking, for another two restos on their sides. But, if you are determined, you'll get to enjoy authentic vietnamese food at a reasonable price. Not perfect, but more than acceptable. Really love their spring roll and i prefer it fried, and dipping it on vinegar. Oh, i am even salivating, while sharing this experience...😄. And, not to miss the kah pe sua, of course. Pairing these, are my standard...whenever i dine in, at any vietnamese restaurant. My next target, are those PHO's.

we had their beef pho, fresh spring rolls, tamarind wings and lychee fruit tea. the beef pho tasted good but the broth was not served table side and the beef were like strips of thin samgyupsal meat (compared to vids and pics a few months ago). the fresh spring rolls have 3 varieties (plain, pork and egg). the tamarind wings were fried and tasted really good just needed more tamarind sauce. all in all, the food was great and is worth the price. what i didn't like the most was after eating the food smell from the kitchen stuck to our clothes and skin. their exhaust from the kitchen exits to the dining area.
