Lack of customer support as we didn't come to a conclusion.
We ate here on June 1st, had a pretty good experience naman (outside of what happened, and yung black garlic ramen).
However, for some reason, their staff were ordered to do some work outside their shop. A chemical was applied to the tiles resulting in it being slippery. No warnings or barriers were placed for the customers to know.
After eating my fiance went outside to buy milk tea, because of the slippery surface due to the chemical, she slipped. Thankfully, it didn't result in a major injury. She just said that the chemical just resulted in a burning sensation on her hands and butt area.
The staff said they were sorry because of what happened and that was the only time they reacted and put a so-so barrier for it to not happen again.
My fiancee's pants had stains due to the chemical
Contacted them and reported it a few days later to report and was just hoping they can do something about it. Sadly there was no conclusion.

Read moreTried this Japanese resto on a late afternoon, as there were less people. Curious with what they have to offer.
Got the Shio Ramen. And in a big bowl, that's half filled..There are 2 large pieces of seaweed flakes. But to my taste, it's not that tasty, but it's filling nonetheless. And, it's mostly artificial.Lots of milk, yes...But really sweet.
As you dine here, in front of you are 2 faucets...for water, should you wish to drink or wash your hands. Parking is shared by another 2 establishments.
All in all, this one is just ok. Maybe another visit would merit a better assessment of the overall worth of this diner. For now, I'm...
Read moreThe food here was okay, but my experience was far from pleasant. First, the prices were a bit on the high side for what was offered, which made me expect better quality and service.
However, what really shocked me was when a small cockroach crawled up my arm while I was dining. At first, I thought it was a mosquito, but then I realized it was a cockroach! I brought it to the server’s attention, saying, “Kuya, may ipis po,” and he simply responded, “Oo nga po eh. Pasensya na po,” which seemed more like an acknowledgment than a solution.
Having a cockroach in a restaurant is unacceptable. I expected much better, especially given the high price. This was my second time dining here, but I’m not sure I’ll be coming back...
