I'm never buying from this branch ever again!
First of all, the staffs are unfriendly. They are not polite towards their customer! I ordered a their matcha strawberry drink because I haven't had any matcha for 5 days and since I was at U.P. Town, I decided to go to J.CO only to have an irritating experience from one of the female staffs! (The small one na hindi payat) The cashier took my order and when it was handed to the barista, when she read my name, she made fun of it. She read it out loud while lauging, mocking my name (a customer) saying "Janie Bravo" like Johnny Bravo. My first name if pronounced as Jey-Nee. And I get and have accepted the fact that since I live in a country cold Philippines, I expect that 90% of the people whom I [will] encounter wouldn't be able to pronounce my name right. I get and understand that. I've had that experience countless of times from different establishments. But one of your staffs CROSSED THE LINE the moment she made fun of my name and laughed at it. I have a background at customer service as I handle different clients who are customers ofc, and I know that one of the ground rules of someone who is working in the CS industry especially if you are a frontliner, YOU SHOULD BE POLITE AND RESPECTFUL TOWARDS CUSTOMERS. I understand the fact that people who are working in the customer service industry are mostly having a hard time with their job that requires multi tasking and such, and I know every one of us carries different kinds of baggages that makes working really hard. But you know, when you're at work, it is important to be professional. I am not trying to be rude or entitled, I am sorry if saying this may make it seem that I come out that way but you know, when at work, regardless of how bad your day is, or what kind of character or behavior you have, you must always leave it behind and remain professional. Being polite and respectful won't take a toll on you. I understand that we are all vulnerable to mistakes, which is natural for we are only human beings but there is a difference between making a mistake and intentionally being rude. And one of your staffs is rude! Some may say that it is just a name, but the fact that it ruined my day because she just didn't make fun of my name, she laughed at it is annoying. It shows disrespect. Is this how you train your staff J.CO? Krispy Kreme always does better than your brand! I confronted the staff and she didn't even felt sorry! I think you should give extensive training to...
Read moreLined up for more than 3 hours just to avail of their anniversary promo. If it was just me, I would have left hours ago but unfortunately some friends asked me to buy them donuts too. Here's how you could improve next time you have some kind of promo: box assorted donuts ahead of time for faster service. What they are doing now is have one or two customers in the counter and let them choose their donuts. Ang daming crew isa lang nag-eentertain. If you plan on having this kind of promo again, please think and plan ahead. Letting customers wait and line up outside...
Read moreWe've order 9 different Drinks in this branch via grab however, upon receipt of the drinks, there was no identification at all. We are having a hard time figuring out which drink is which. Some of us didn't want any caffeine content in their drinks. Upon calling the branch we were given an explanation that their barista forgot to place the drink tags on the cup. I hope none of this will happen again in the future. J.Co UP Town Branch must have protocols on double checking the completeness of the orders before handling to any of the delivery service...
