Jollibee - V. Luna Kalayaan — Restaurant in Quezon City

Service sucks!! Disorganize. Waited more than 30 minutes for an order of corn beef beakfast and spaghetti inc hot choco, but when I did the follow up nobody told me at least to wait for few minutes which I would probably understand if they just said so. Till my next follow-up only then that they checked on my order and what pissed me off is that the items is just on a sideline and the only lacking piece is just the hot choco, goodness!! This branch in vluna cor kalayaan really has bad service. Had several breakfasts here before after my fitness zumba at circle after past 9am and transportation via PUVs along kalayaan is a cinch, i would be there before 10am but everytime i order their breakfast menu, they would tell me breakfast is over, and that i shoud choose their regular menu even if its still minutes before 10am. What a load of trash! Now, my nephew informed me, his takeout is again with discrepancy. He ordered medium fries but when he checked inside the bag, it was regular fries. I wanted a drive thru order and waited for 15-20 mins sa pila. The cashier took my order and told her na im gonna pick up the food inside na lang since we need to use the bathroom. The cashier said "sure" so we thought the order was already punched and we just needed to pay for it and get it. However, inside the store i asked one of the crew if I will be going to order again or im just going to pay.
