Jollibee Banawe Cardiz — Restaurant in Quezon City

I have always loved Jollibee from their food to their customer service. However, recently (July26) I went to Cardiz’ drive through to order 1 bucket of chicken joy & 1 party tub of spaghetti. The cashier suggested their Family meal which is a plus factor since it saved me some money (Hence the 1 star). The cashier told me the waiting time would be 18 minutes and they asked me to wait at the waiting area for drive through customer. My order was taken at 5:58pm. When the 18 minutes was over, I went to their window to follow up (6:25pm) and asked them to add spaghetti sauce since I noticed during my recent purchases that the sauce doesn’t nearly cover the pasta. They told me, to wait for 2 more minutes. At 6:48pm, I was already hungry and thirsty, I went back to the window to again do a follow up. I noticed that it was only then that they were putting the chicken joy in the bucket. I was once a Jollibee crew. I know about the waiting time and all. No one even bothered to go to my car to update me. I noticed there were not so many people that time dining in. I talked to the manager and she asked for my receipt. When I went back to the window carrying my receipt, the manager was nowhere to be found. I don’t want to wait anymore as I have already spent 1 hour for a bucket of Chickenjoy and a tub...

Please stop using my contact number for deliveries that are not even mine. I haven't ordered from this branch for months but I keep getting calls and Grab app notifications that my order is out for delivery.

They don't even have the decency to respond to my texts and calls to sort the matter out. Shame on you.

Their Spicy Chickenjoy will always have a special place in my appetite. The Peach Mango Pie is the bomb. They released a new sundae flavor, I believe it's Buko Pandan.

The most complain I read online is how expensive Jollibee gotten this past few years, and that is absolutely true. Dining here was a form simple joy. Now it's a luxury most Filipinos can not afford. I do wonder myself if there will come a time that I can ot afford dining...
