Jollibee Banawe — Restaurant in Quezon City

Went to a kids party celebrated in Jollibee Banawe. At first, the party was fun because some guests danced to break ice. If not, the other games would be boring since the adults played, however, it was still great because the adults made it extra fun. When it comes to serving the foods, the staffs should've said which is the kids and adults foods since some staff where not informed and kinda made it awkward, the staff told the parent that it was for kids, yet handed it out afterwards. Although all parents have kids with them. Staffs should've been attentive in entertaining the kids just like in the charades. wouldn’t recommend celebrating your kid’s birthday party here. hosts didn’t listen to what the customer wants that much. had to convince them to play more games since we will be extending naman because they only made the guests play ONE type of game, “bring me” for 3 or 4 rounds only. most of it are all about money as well. it wasn’t very much enjoyable for the kids. not even a balloon popping or any other type of game was played. 🥹 tho we understand that they might be tired already but we waited for 2 months for this event just to be dissatisfied with the event. we didn’t even receive a reply from the party manager regarding our concern and feedback. never again in...

Enjoyed a Jolli-birthday party at Jollibee Banawe over the weekend. Everyone had a blast with great credit to the hosts of the event. The food was also served promptly with the fries still crispy and sundaes only partially melted. The jokes and activities made it fun but may have concerns with some crossing the line since they were also kids present during the celebration.
