I had mixed experiences at this Jollibee location, but my recent visit was disappointing. I waited over 25 minutes for my order, and this wasn’t even during a busy lunch hour. For a fast food place, that kind of delay is frustrating. What made it worse was how relaxed the staff seemed there was little urgency or attentiveness, which made the wait even more irritating. staff are so forgetful. they always forget to put, among others, gravy and utensils, most espcially when you order food for take out. We visited this branch to attend a fun birthday celebration. The team hosting the event was fantastic. Even when it was time for "Langhap Sarap," they made sure no one was left waiting. They made the most of the time by engaging guests with ice-breaker questions to see how well they knew the celebrant.
