RedDoorz near PNR Espana Station — Hotel in Manila

Easy check-in, attentive staff, fresh water tank for drinking, good WiFi, and access to public transport. Lots of shops, restaurants, and bank atms within walking distance. Red Doorz as a brand is great but this location is plagued by terrible neighbors. The people next door run some dog breeding business. They keep 5+ dogs in cages outside at night who bark ALL NIGHT LONG. I had to call the police on my seventh night at 02:00am because the barking just wouldn’t stop and I had an early morning the next day. I’d recommend Red Doorz as a brand but unfortunately this location ** because of the neighbors. If you value your sleep don’t stay at this location. 5/5 for everything else.. The service is quite bad because when we ask for helppersonally for the cancellation and refund procedure of a non refundable booking they said we should ask for assistance in Trip.Com customer service but as per TRIP.COM’s statement the property didn’t want to negotiate because of non refundable policy.It was an honest mistake on our part that we accidentally booked the room twice on a same day but they should’ve have help us get a refund and understand the situation since it’s just an honest mistake and no one will use the other room.Aside from a poor service there’s a leaked on the floor and we don’t know where it came from and we cant sleep well because of the...

Property is roughly a 5-7 minute walk to UST. My stay was very pleasant, comfortable and beyond what I expected. My room is spotless and very clean and has everything you need - a television, water heater, cabinet, hangers, hand soap, toiletries, towels, and even a fridge ☺️ WiFi is also super fast and is accessible from all rooms. The property is secure, staff are very nice and accomodating, and though the property is located near the PNR station and España boulevard, it is very quiet.
