Too small, not clean when I enter the room there is a smell that makes me feel bad, it's from the bathroom, you can hear the noise from the other rooms.stairs are too scary small and you need to be careful. In fairness the room is colder than I expected considering its size, I don't used too much aircon maybe only few hours,wifi is fast but during 12 am its slow and gone. Towels and bed seems not freshly done. I wished they clean the room and spray some air freshener before they let me in considering I checked in late due to my flight schedule. I was so tired but when I lie down I felt itchiness so I figured out that the bed isn't fresh. They provide telephone so you can call the ftont desk and I tried to ask for a room order food but they don't have it so I have to slept with empty stomach. Convenience store like 711 is just in another street, Maceda if you take trike pay is 25 to 30. But if you want to walk it's just few meters away. I think its the smell that really triggered me to post a not so good review about this place. In fairness bathroom is okay with hot and cold shower. Staff is nice but...

THIS PLACE WAS SO ANNOYING!!! MY WORST NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE MOST ESPECIALLY THEIR BULOK SYSTEM AND MANAGEMENT!!! THIS WAS HAPPENED MARCH 23, IMAGINE NACANCEL YUNG BOOK KO NG DI NILA ALAM ANG REASON YUNG KAUSAP KO THRU FB NA AGENT NILA NAGUUPDATE AKO PAGDATING KO SA PLACE NILA DI NA MACONTACT WALA DAW NAME KO AND IF WANT KO DAW MAGWALK IN NALANG AKO, SO PUMAYAG AKO 24 HRS INAVAIL KO DAHIL EXAM KO NA BY 7AM SO NO CHOICE AKO SA STANDARD ROOM NILA SA 5TH FLR AT WALA NAKO MAHAHANAP DAHIL ALANGANIN NA, DI NA RIN DAW AKO MAKAKAPAGBOOK KASE YUNG CLOSED NA DAW OL BOOKING SYSTEM NILA, SO PWEDE DAW WALK IN NLNG AKO!!! FAST FORWARD NASA ROOM NAKO BY AROUND 1:30AM SOBRANG EXAUSTED THAT TIME KASE FROM BULACAN SJDM NAGCOMMUTE AKO AT ANG BIGAT NG DALA KONG GAMIT, PUYAT, PAGOD, PERO NEED KO PA MAGREVIEW SOBRANG PAGOD TALAGA. 2AM TUMAWAG SILA AT PINAPAALIS AKO FOR THE REASON NA MAY PUMASOK DAW NA OL BOOKING!! (note: closed na daw system nila sa ol booking by 2pm pa ulit tatanggap)

CONVO BET ME AND YUNG RECEPTIONIST: REC: mam may pumasok po na booking at dyan sa room po ninyo bnook. ME: oh so ano po gagawin? (magrereview na sana ako, pinipilit kumalma) REC: mas PRIORITY po kasi namin yung OL BOOKING mam ME: so aalis ako? nakabihis na ko and eto lang time ko to relax na, need ko pa magreview so ano san ako hahanap now ng place ko malayo pa ko SJDM BULACAN pa, pagod at puyat, 5th FLR pa po to. (this time sobrang inis nako) REC: OPO MAM, priority po kasi namin mga nagbook ol. ME: talaga? eh nagbook din ako pwede pa pala magbook sana ako nlng nagbook dyan sabi nyo kasi down na system nyo sa ol booking? bat may pumasok pa? REC: pasensya na po mam (PAULIT ULIT NA SINASABI YUNG PRIORITY NILA OL) ME: PASENSYA? San ako ngayon? nakapasok nako dito ohh wala ba kayo magagawang paraan customer parin ako at full paid na sana clinose nyo na kase occupied na!! REC: meron po kami sa magout by 3am pwede nyo po antayin ME: Ano san ako magrereview? REC: Sa lobby po muna ME: kaya nga ko naghanap ng mastayan na tahimik dahil gusto ko magreview sobrang abala nman ng ginawa nyo!!! REC: kung gusto nyo mam pwede naman irefund nlng ME: SIGE! irefund ko nlng ang lala nyo! customer din ako pero ganyan treatment nyo. (binaba na phone at bumaba)

GRABE ANG LALA!! ADRENALINE RUSH NALANG NAGPUSH SAKEN umalis dahil sobrang bwiset nako, knowing na babae ako at ako lang magisa non, madaling araw na, san ako pupunta neto? magrereview pa ako, gusto ko ng pahinga, may ganito pang abala!! Hinabol pa nila ako dahil sa susi nila na di ko inabot at dinala dahil sa sobrang inis ko lumabas ako sobrang naiiyak na ko kung saan ako problemado pako neto imbes na pahinga at review nlng focus ng utak ko.

PANO KUNG 3HRS NAKO NAGSTAY DON PAALISIN NYO PARIN? SOBRANG KUPAL NYO!! MGA BASTOS AT RESPETO SA CUSTOMER!! SA TAGAL KO NA NAGBOOK SA MGA GANITO ETO 1ST TIME NANGYARE SAKEN. SI LORD NA BAHALA SA KARMA NYO.

Booked for two nights in this hotel since they have the cheapest rate in Sampaloc. Not expecting much since I only got this for just over a thousand for two nights.

The hotel is quite cramped. The hallways are really narrow and the stairs. Even the room are small but since I love small rooms, I feel comfortable staying here.

They do not have elevators so you have to climb to the rooms all by yourself.

What is exceptional in this hotel are the staff. They are courteous and they will assist you in whatever way possible. They even allowed me to do an early check in since I arrived early.

Wifi signal is also good and televisions in the rooms are Smart TV, that means you can stream your favorite videos and movies here.

Comfort rooms are small too and shower was really low-hanging. I have to bend a little bit in using the shower.

The hotel is also strategically located in an area with trending places to eat. You will not run...
