Jollibee Shell Edsa Balintawak — Restaurant in Quezon City

It’s between BYD and Shell. It has its own parking space in front - good for about 5 cars. They also have a ramp for those in wheelchairs. They have their own bathrooms inside the store.

There are also long tables with wireless chargers. I tested one of them and it works so I think this is a great addition.

We dropped by here while on an errand because my child wanted something to eat.

The food is what you expect from Jollibee. Their servings just seem to be getting smaller every time we visit.

I ordered large patch mango pie and if that was large, I dread to see what the regular looks like. Also, I ordered iced mocha - half my glass was ice. Seriously. I spooned all those ice chips out and my glass was half emptied if not less because it was not served to me full to the brim either. I don’t go around saying “less ice” when I order my drinks but I find this very offending that they would serve something like that. Is that Jolibee’s standard now - serve their drinks with the glass half filled with ice and just add a little of the drink a customer orders? I think that is very wrong.

WORST JOLLIBEE BRANCH EVER. Everything is out of stock - no coffee, no burgers, no palabok. For the chicken, you have to wait for 20 minutes. Imagine, it is even in a drive thru! Very inconvenient and it defeats the purpose of ordering in a drive thru. The management and personnel be replaced. Clearly, they are the problem. They do not know how their branch. They do not know how to order for their inventory and they do not manage their staff to work efficiently. Very disappointing for a big company like Jollibee. This “fast” food is very “slow” in service. I’ve ordered a take out and waited for 30 minutes because the rice is not cooked yet. I was not even informed that I had to wait that long.
