Went out with my family to eat here last August 28, 2023. But to no avail, we were shocked by the turn of events. Idk what happened but the staff wearing glasses suddenly threw a bunch of papers to some staff as well in front of a lot of customers. Even saying foul words to that person. I suggest that you should also look into your staff's behaviour because you are in the customer service industry, it was expected of you to be decent at all times. The food that was served from the kitchen was not cook as well. We dont have time to ask for a replacement since the commotion is on going. You should really look to your staff's attitude if you want a good run with your business because saying words such "bobo" is not a professional way of sorting things out. If you are looking for decent Chinese food in the mall then Iook no further. For starters the dimsum is good. Serving time is fast and price points is just right. Food is great, but their service last June 2 was less than acceptable. Upon arrival, we asked for our service water. More than 6 times we asked, and to different waiters too. We also asked for their service tea, which only took more than 5 tries but to no avail. We asked for our bill, which only took 30 mins before it arrived. And guess what?
