Cafe Mary Grace - Ayala Malls Cloverleaf — Restaurant in Quezon City

We tried to order takeaway coffee and was in the queue in front of a waitstaff and the other seems to be a manager/supervisor. We were standing there for a good minute and not of them addressed us, looked at us, nor assisted us. They were busy doing something at the register and we didn't want to bother them until we realised they didn't care. So we just respectfully intervened and asked if they still served coffee. Although it was the manager who was directly in front of us, he still didn't mind us. After a long pause, the wait staff on his side answered us 'no'. I am also in customer service, and if you are busy with something at least let the customers know, don't just let them stand there and wait. So disappointed by this event as we are a regular here. We were offered the couch but we refused as it was too low and we had to feed baby on a high chair. Vongole - good but the after taste is bitter. Spicy Mexicana Hot Chocolate - the hint of cinnamon compliments with the taste of chocolate. Wild Mushroom- just find it too little for its price. Not actually for sharing. Black velvet cake - the sourness of the cream compliments with the softness of the cake. Just a little bit overwhelming if you eat too much.
