Update as of 04-30-2024: Arrived promptly at 4:30 pm and received our order precisely at 5:10 pm. Despite our punctuality, the drive-thru remains agonizingly slow with no signs of improvement. Most of the items on the menu are unavailable. Additionally, the no straw policy is a bit weird, which poses an inconvenience for patrons attempting to sip their beverages while driving, necessitating the risky task of lifting the lid to access their drinks.

Greetings! I hope all is well. I send this message to express my appreciational to Dining Crew Jm and to the other staff who is a girl (we just forgot to see her name tag) for their wonderful services that they offered to us earlier at Shell Jollibee Feria. Me and my cousin just came from the church and decided to order some snacks and these two did a great job in their work. I've been eating here ever since they opened, but up until now there service is still not that good. Considered as the top fast-food chain but the staffs is not that fast (unless peak hours, but I dined in where it's lean time), staffs are very rude, ordered foods takes a lot of time to be served.
