Bad service c/ o joanne the barista. I have my food together with me when i got to order to the cashier they didn’t anticipate that i will eat inside the shop and not to prompt me regarding the protocol of the store. When i have my seat i rushed to open my food bc i’m starved from my long day shift at hospital as a nurse. When barista joanne notice me about to spoon my meal after long tiring duty at hospital she told me at the bar with loud voice so other customer can hear what shes saying in not polite manner you cannot eat at the store since the smell of the food can circulate in the air that affect the coffee experience of customers??. When in fact i am the only person there that has full and not even touch drink other customers was already drunk their coffee to empty. It is also unprofessional on how to deal wit such event. as a customer since she said it at the bar and didn’t effort to talk me on my seat, imagine the proximity of the bar and the table she didn’t think or anticipate or consider my emotions in that event in-front of other people. i will understand her where she’s coming from but the deliver and how she act on that moment is unethical and unprofessional I didn’t confront her that time. After 15-25 minutes i order a drink again for my cousin and when i ask to cashier ejay what is the email of the store, he didn’t want me to help at first. He starred at me and say EMAIL? Paanong email? What do you mean?. At the back of my mind i was like. What? And then he is back at the current state. since her co barista done unprofessional wat on handling such event he anticipates that i have my plan writing complain. He even told me the email is beside the bar like where exactly? (In my mind) i ask him once again where i can find it can you assist me where? He put it at the bar with pataray then leave after. When i got the email i sat down then waits for my cousin drink this barista joanne put the drink at the bar without notifying me that it was done. Like??? Im so confusedt. Imbes na bumawi sya nagdabog pa siya like di ba sya nakonsesnya kahit konte. Plus yung pag katake out ng drink ko since nawalan nako ng gana kumain like sinalin nya lang without refilling the cream at the top i dunno what is the protocol since frappe yun i never open my frappe yet pinatake out konalang kasi i loss my appetite talaga atm. I understand your concern barista joanne and cashier ejay but is that how you handle the situation. I hope you take my complain seriously sb shopwise commonwealth and i would highly appreciate if you can get touch with me regarding this and sana di na sya mangyare in the future

Although the recent MRT construction has spoilt the view, I still love coming here because before or after doing groceries, I can have my favorite Venti Dark Mocha Blended Whipped or my Iced Caramel Macchiato or Superhot White Chocolate Mocha Decaf 😊. BDO ATM is just beside it and there are others too, like, Security Bank, PSBank and China bank, I believe. Walk a little and there you will find BPI. Beside Shopwise is AFNI's building which the ground floor has Mercury Drug and Yellow Cab....

Not smiling staffs are not much of a problem with me, especially this pandemic were all wearing a mask 😷 or if not, I am often in AirPods whenever ordering. But this store, I just hate it.
