KFC — Restaurant in Quezon City

I had received the worst customer ever from this store. The cashier named “MIKA” should be retrained. These are the issues I had with her.

When I ordered at the Kiosks and proceeded to make a payment, she did not repeat my order and to ensure she took my additional order properly

When order were served, we found out that there were orders not punched and she did not even bothered saying sorry instead she shouted from The cashier desk to our table.

I then reordered the missing ones because we were too tired and hungry. When I was about to pay, she just put the terminal on the desk without informing me because I was looking at my family at the table. So I was waiting for nothing.

She did not issue me the receipt with the order number hence when they were calling for the number, we weren’t aware that it was our orders.

These type of attitude shouldn’t be tolerated and she should’ve...

We had our party at this branch and it turned so well. From reservation up to the day of the party. The party coordinator explained everything and they don't charge for extra food carts or extra favors like photo booths. The crew were all nice and accommodating. The kids enjoyed all the games that they prepared even the adults alike. Their host is good. The food is right on cue. We didn't experience any untoward incident usually occur during serving of food. I recently visited the KFC in my local area, and I was extremely impressed. The food was of great quality, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the fries were so crispy and delicious. The Colonel's original recipe is definitely a hit! The price was also right, so it was a great value for the amount of food that was served. Overall, I had an excellent experience at KFC and I will definitely be back soon. Highly...
