Their pork asado is really good. It has a smoky smell and taste. According to their advertisements, they cook it in a pugon. So, the wood fire leaves a satisfying smell and taste. Not too salty, not too sweet. Not dry or chewy. I like that theirs is not doused with orange or pink food coloring. You can eat it as ulam (with rice), pair it with a nice salad or use it as filling for a sandwich. When we bought their asado for the first time, we paired it with pancit. The first bite whooshed me back to my childhood. I remember buying Adelina's ham in pandesal at Gen. Kalentong Avenue. So good. Yes, it was that good -- it triggered memories. You can buy the asado by the kilo (you can also buy a half kilo or one fourth kilo portion). The other items on the menu are as expected from a Chinese restaurant. Their asado is really good. Because of limited parking space, I have vowed to call them beforehand and then, drop by to pick up my order. Even after an hour in traffic along Mindanao Avenue, it still tasted good, anyway.
