To start off the staff didn’t give me a receipt, he just left after i paid without saying anything. I waited and decided to move forward to the next window. After a few mins of waiting they handed me our orders and there were items that was missing (still no receipt) so i asked for it and gravy was one of it. The staff ignored me so i tried to call the manager. The manager is trying to ignore me too, i have to knock on the window and wave my hand to get her attention. Then she approached me and rudely says that i cannot get a gravy and was trying to charge me 45 for it. I tried to ask for extra paper bag or water but she said it’s not possible as well. I’ve dined with kfc too many times before and this is my first time to encounter an unprofessional , no manner and rude manager like this. All of the times they will hand me gravy because of my many orders. I know she might be a trainee manager but how she handles everything was a complete disaster, i’m not even gonna mention how the staff seems to be under supervised and was not fully trained by her. Anyways, this was such a bad experience. I didn’t catch her name but her shift was this thursday around 6am september 4, 2025. Read moreI ordered plenty of items today (Nov. 9, 2024, around 3:30pm). They have this kiosk system where customers add items then pay on the counter. Only have 1 staff member working so hard on the counter and preparing the food for dine in and for delivery riders. There are so many orders during that time on delivery and the delivery system keeps on ringing. After the crew on the drive thru noticed me, he yelled in the cashier that if she could get my order since I was standing on the counter too long. The manager stands up and checks on the prepared orders and gives the food to the rider not knowing or asking the girl who works so hard to prepare the food if the order is complete. When the girl noticed that the order was gone, she asked where the driver was because the items were not complete that's why she didn't give it to the rider. Then the manager got my order after that. I'm not sure but this always happened on this branch that some of the orders are not complete and the manager looks like they don't care about the store situation. we went to drive thru but they issued no receipt because they said there's not enough ink on the printer. even so we agreed.
we were clear about our orders and expected that it was complete. we made sure and repeatedly said our orders.
after we received our order, we didn't check it because it was almost 11pm and we hadn't had dinner.
after going home we realized that we got incomplete orders.
Shortly we went back and settled but we were made to pay for the orders that we didn't get. they said some orders weren't punched.
the orders we didn't get were 2 meals and 2 drinks.
We forgot the amount we paid first and because we also didn't have a receipt we didn't argue about it anymore.
what if we paid the right amount for our orders but it was the crew's fault that they didn't give us our complete order, and made us pay for the orders they said...
