Starbucks 10 Congressional Avenue — Restaurant in Quezon City

Apr 2025: First of all, this is a new Starbucks place. The old SB along Congressional near Visayas Av is now closed. This one is just across SM Congressional Center (formerly Cherry Foodarama). Second, this place is superb. It has its own vibe and maximizes the place. If ever, my only complaint is that it's really very cold. Bring a jacket even if it's summer because the A/C is in full blast.

As for the coffee and food, it's all the same. It's just very nice to be able to visit another beautifully-designed cafe. The other upside is the availability of parking because you can do so at the adjacent SM place...

Have visited this place Atleast 5 times already and it’s a really great Starbucks branch. The staff are friendly, security guards always looking out and assisting. Couch seats accumulate dust time from time but is not to the point of an issue. A good place to relax or stop by. Very cold air conditioning which is very helpful as the general area is hot. The food service isn’t the fastest but well done and is able to handle bulk purchases of dine in customers and grab take outs. Generally clean and well sanitized comfort room. Music choice sets a good mood to relax...

There is a nationwide ban on smoking in all public places in the Philippines but this Starbucks branch caters to smokers in their al fresco area. It was a stormy afternoon and I immediately inhaled cigarette smoke as I got off the car from their parking area. The smell can reach up to the store's front door. There was a sign regrading the Nationwide Smoking Ban but I guess this branch just tolerates these lawbreakers. Ok, maybe that is their Designated Smoking Area, but their smoke reaches everywhere.
