Hap Chan - Circle C — Restaurant in Quezon City

My grandmother ordered noodles here and when she was eating it, she found a cockroach in it. They only cooked the food again. It goes to show that they have a problem with hygiene and cleanliness. Obviously It's not worth it buying here, it's still not clean even if their solution is to cook food again. Never trust this branch or any of their food. Their siopao is like 90 pesos and it's just small and they're always out of stock with their dumplings and siomai which doesn't even taste good. Their dumplings taste so bad. In addition, after eating their food I started to feel my stomach was hurting.. I'm not saying this out of spite but for a Chinese restaurant that's expensive, their quality of food and hygiene is quite horrible. There are other good Chinese restaurants. This isn't worth your money and you'll only get sick. This restaurant doesn't meet the standards that they should be following, specially the hygiene and cleanliness part. Please save your time and get away...

Came on a hot sunny Saturday afternoon. We were told 10-15 minutes for the food to be served however food items individually came as they were ready and it came 20-25 minutes. The restaurant was not busy at all with sitting customers.

Food tastes good but the shrimp siomai came uncooked on the inside. The fried chicken was good but dry. I was told I can't order half order of chicken, so had to order a whole chicken.. that's somewhat sketchy.

The service was super sub par. Had to get up myself to order and pay because no one was available or they will ignore.

I do not recommend this...

Hap Chan is one of the OG Chinese Restaurants here in QC. Their branch here at Circle C is well-maintained and also serves freshly-prepared food.

We've ordered the Beef Brisket Noodles, Sliced Chicken Congee, Asado Siopao, Buchi, and Fresh Lemonade. Everything tasted delicious! They just took quite some time to arrive but at least they're all freshly-prepared. So no problem at all 👌💯

I also commend the staff for their great service and friendly attitude. Makes me want to come back next time ✅🥟🍜

Oh, and they serve free complimentary...
