I generally avoid Mang Inasal though I really like their chicken UNLESS I'm really ready to eat like I'm all alone at home, with one knee visible above the table. Well, despite the nicer ambiance, I'm glad to report that this Mang Inasal is like any other--sticky tables, rice on the seats and floor and always crowded. Does not accept credit cards and that somehow controls the volume of people coming in but do not under estimate the number of people dining in. The vacant seat with a signage "Make a friend..." somehow proves that when people are hungry, prefer not to make a friend first in order to share the table.
