The worst crew and service ever. Were these people trained? It took me almost an hour to wait for a take out of 2 sundaes and the worst part is they got one of the sundaes wrong, I paid for mango sundae and a cookies and cream, now instead of a cookies and cream they gave us a chocolate sundae that doesn't look like it is safe to eat,,, the frosty is all gooey with unpalattable texture,,,i threw it away. Hard earned money gone to waste. The worst bunch and branch, tbh. They are very unwelcoming, they will make you feel they are doing you a favor. The system is a mess. I ordered food for dine in as well as take out. I also asked not to put ice on our drinks. But when we received our orders half of our glasses were filled with ice. Then the food that we ordered for takeout were also served on a plate. I told the crew that it is for takeout, but he told me that they are not allowed to take takeout orders from customers. The place is alright and nothing extraordinary, still your usual Jollibee place. Their parking is the one provided by the government along Visayas avenue, so theres not much parking space available (I assume its also shared by other establishments). Health safety protocols are being observed inside. The guard is very accomodating and will help you queue up. We went there to have breakfast, and we actually liked the cheesy-eggdesal.
