Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Quezon City

The food and service were okay, but while we were eating, we were a bit noisy—that was our fault. However, one of the employees suddenly shouted at us, saying, "Ang ingay niyo naman! Hindi pa ba kayo tapos diyan?! Nagpapahinga yung tao eh!"

I understand that we were noisy, especially since someone was resting, but shouldn’t they have told us in a more polite way? We are still customers, after all. Just because we are young doesn’t mean they should treat us like that.

Absolutely disappointing experience. They served undercooked chicken not once, but twice. The first time, they simply reheated it, but when it was returned, some part of the chicken was still raw and bloody. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially for a food establishment. Mang Inasal is the best food chain so far. This fast food restaurant has been my go-to every week. Oh my goodness you'll love their chicken inasal, it's a juicy flavored grilled chicken with unlimited rice. I can take 5 rounds of rice. Must try for those visiting Manila.
