This has been our go-to mall for so many years now, less crowded than SM North. Parking is not a problem, with three spacious basement parking levels, accessible with six elevators. Handicap-friendly, with designated parking spaces.
They have a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. This includes the usual resto / fastfood staples like McDo, Jollibee, KFC, Dunkin' Donuts, Pancake House...just to name a few. For Milk Tea die-hards, yes there is Coco here too (and the queue is shorter here).
They also have their own food court, named The Galley. As expected it has a seafarer motif consistent with the Mall's name. A band plays on weeknights to serenade the diners.
The supermarket is huge, with wide spaces between grocery shelves. Their main come-on being the cold catch section of fresh fish and other seafood, even live ones in aquariums. They also offer "paluto", they will cook what you bought for a nominal fee, for those on the go, or have no time to cook at home. They also have a rotisserie for roast chicken, a convenient takeout meal for busy moms.
The department store is also complete, perhaps with limites brands compared to SM, but adequate just the same. It has a connection on 3rd (2nd?) floor to the covered bridgeway going to the adjacent building that leads to UniQlo, Cotton On and Seattle's Best.
Fishermall cinemas have comfortable modern reclining seats, with adequate leg room for passing patrons going for center seats and cupholders on every arm rest. Most importantly, their cinemas are not crowded, making it our first choice for watching movies. Want more privacy and lazyBoy seats with your own butler? Try out their VIP cinema that offers unli-popcorn and coffee.
The Mall also has its own chapel on the 3rd floor, for those who want a quiet break for prayer and meditation.
FisherMall continues to develop and upgrade its stores and facilities. You want to go Mall-ing with less of the crowd? This...
Read moreIn between the mall Giants of Edsa lies Fishermall. The only mall that was open last holy week and operates on regular days similar to the other malls.
Very accessible along Pantranco which has an enormous LG, B1 and B2 parking spaces which mind you is free until June 30 upon P1000 single receipt of purchase at the mall. The parking is ventilated enough but be quick to get inside the mall though. Never had an incident with my vehicle here as the car slots are wide enough side to side.
The mall attracts students, shoppers, business people and even those who simply wants to hangout. The mall is not too crowded and walkways are wide enough to loiter around and window shop.
The Galley is their foodcourt at the higher floors with great live band for your listening pleasure. They have Sbarro, Pepperlunch, Elars, Davao Tuna, etc.
They also have regular cinemas and 2 VIP cinemas at the 4th floor and another one outside the mall near UniQlo.
Their department store is big enough which carries their own brand and other local consignors.
The supermarket is well organized isle to isle from imported goods to local produce. Heck they even have a wet market for fishes. The fruit section though can still be improved.
They have Starbucks, NBS, KFC and parallel to it a smorgasboard of cellphone accessories. They have Buddies, Razons, Savory, Pepe and Koy, Quezon, Mr. Kebab and others.
There's also a Gym here for membership beside Concorde for your car accessories
The environment inside is a breathe of fresh air and a quick getaway from traffic when you're quite stuck in...
Read moreFishermall's our perfect mall. It's not as crowded as SM malls but has a variety of stuff you can enjoy. Hungry? There's a whole lot of good restaurants here, from fastfood to cafés to fine dining, plus their foodcourt has lots of choices, too. Shopping? You can get anything you want here, from the Fisher department store to the supermarket, that has everything you need. My aunt says if you go early in the morning, you'll always find fresh seafood. As for me and my sister, it's our go-to market for international choices, from Korean Ramyeon to Japanese mayo to Italian pasta sauces. There are also other stores renting in the mall, so you have lots of choices, there's even a thrift market at the ground floor. Entertainment? Go see a movie at their cinemas, very comfy seats, excellent sounds, a bit cold but just bring a jacket. You can also have a bit of fun at Playland, where they have everything from karaoke booths, arcade games, billiards, playstation and even a VR station! If you're lucky, there're usually events there. I even got to watch Rocksteddy performing one time! Fishermall also boasts their Parkway to have a good night's out. Haven't done it yet, but definitely worth the visit. And then of course, if you want to have peace and get away from the hustle and bustle of the metro, you can visit the chapel on the 3rd floor. You can also attend mass here on Sundays. I usually get intimidated by churches but their chapel is very peaceful and calming that I visit there regularly. All in all, Fishermall's a very...
