First of all, my flight was delayed by several hours (obviously beyond my control and wish) but upon arrival at this property in the evening, I was greeted very quickly by the receptionist with “oh, we are not going to refund the stay” even though I never ever thought of asking for any form of compensation.Of course, this hotel (as well as Trip.com) were so inflexible and did not allow any form of modification to the booking. In a way, I lost/wasted half a day of my reservation even though I tried my best and managed to inform them as soon as I arrived in the country. So I would say that their Service is horrible (1/5). Amenities provided were mediocre at best (so stingy with their bathroom supplies) and some parts of the room were dirty/dusty. I even found cockroaches crawling around the bed on my first and last days of stay. I did not make a big fuss out of it but this is surely something to note, as it speaks a lot about the property’s cleanliness! The only person I truly appreciated was the male waiter clad in white shirt who will greet me as I went for their breakfast buffet every morning (my trip was in mid-April 2022) — which by the way, the property was unwilling to give me a proper response of the said person’s name such that I can give my compliments and thanks to, when I wrote to them via email. On the final day of my stay, I extended my stay by about 6 hours (due to flight delay, again) at the price of half day’s stay (ridiculous, by the way). At about 5.30pm, I was rushing & running as fast as I can to get back to the hotel to check-out from the nearby mall when I was checking out — just because the freaking receptionist told my friend over the phone that the guest (me) cannot be late even by a minute or they will have to charge me for an extra day of stay. And this, by the way, was what they said when we called to plead for just a few more minutes of grace!!! Extremely distasteful service! Never ever coming back to such disgusting place and people again.Even for the Location being slightly above average, I would not recommend even including this property in your list for consideration. Also, definitely think twice before engaging Trip.com’s service - it is so bad.I will post this on Google and everywhere else possible so that everyone knows how none of the entities compensated me or even tried to assist me in salvaging my trip and...
Read moreCafe Elements review (5 stars) Background music is played at a soothingly low level to allow for conversations. The seats are well arranged and clean. Plenty of walking space in between, whilst carrying a plate of food. Now the food selection for the complimentary breakfast is very good. The scrambled eggs are fluffy and light, the sweet and sour fish is so soft and tastes delicious, the soup is also heart warming but also flavored well. Not too strong, good for slowly waking people.
The western breakfast selections are also perfect. Cereal and bowls, bread and spreads, and coffee and milk are well presented.
Fruits and vegetables and tea are presented neatly in plates surrounded by ice. Perhaps this is to preserve freshness. It tastes that way.
Seeing the plate drying ovens in the side is a nice touch to reassure customers that they are using very clean plates.
I also like the diffused lighting. No direct glare for bulbs or LEDs. Well done setting the atmosphere of the venue just right. Oh and for anyone who forgot to charge their phone before they came down, there's plenty of charge sockets available near the seats.
There's provision to welcome walk-in guests to eat with us, but at a price. That's okay. The meals provided are worth it. Very filling.
Hotel Suit review (Also 5 stars) The bedding was clean and pleasant. We did have an extra bed under the TV though. We only needed 2 double beds. The wifi was fast and reliable, though I'm glad they're short range wifi because none are encrypted. I'm glad to see a phone in the bathroom. For medical emergencies this is essential. The staff are well mannered and dressed. No bugs or pests in sight. Must be a concealed deterrent for them. Well done. The air-conditioning is clean and quite silent as far as the bedroom and dining room is concerned. Even the elevator air on works well, despite it being a little warm. Oh and the elevators are so...
Read moreBrentwood is amazing! The room, service, staff, and food were just incredible.
ROOM We stayed at their deluxe room for one-night and it was astounding. The room had a queen bed that was very comfy! You also get a chair right next to the window which was a nice touch to the room. Room had a study table with a mirror and an android TV which is a plus! The room also has a mini fridge with complimentary water, they also provided free coffee. The bathroom was huge! Complete bathroom necessities (toothbrush, shower cap, soap, shampoo, and even a shaving kit) the shower had hot and cold option, although it took a while before the water started to get warm but nonetheless it was great. The room also has a wifi which i can say was fast enough (around 40-60 mbps).
SERVICE Staff were very friendly and helpful during check in-and check-out. There are staff to assist you with your baggage and even with parking. Their hospitality goes above and beyond.
FOOD The room comes with a breakfast buffet that starts from 6am-10am. The buffet was definitely our favorite part during our stay ◡̈ They served different kinds of breakfast food ranging from omelettes (they have a station for this), soups, cereal, toast, fish, and protein selections as well. We made sure to get as much food as we can since everything was appetizing. For drinks they offer coffee, hot chocolate, juice, and water. The staff was also nice enough to clean our table after every plate. Very hands-on as well with guests’ request.
OVERALL This hotel really exceeded our expectations. I just wished they update their room photos since the rooms are so much better in person. We had a very pleasant stay and we would definitely come...
