Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Quezon City

The cashier patiently waited for our indecisive orders and repeated the order to us. How polite!

The order-taker saw that the queue was getting long and started to take orders from the one next in line. Smart!

The waitress was accommodating, giving us all we needed on the table with all smiles. Such a sweetheart!

And one waiter guided the next customer to a clean table. Attentive and accommodating as well!

Though the place is too small for its demand, we enjoyed our stay knowing the people...

The inasal is still good. Very well cooked and succulent. It was as I remembered from the first time I tasted Mang Inasal in Davao some 15 or so years ago. The inasal that I ate produced no sneezing. So I guess my gluten insensitivity was calm here.

The only caveat is to be prepared to wait for your food for as much as 45 minutes...

Same with other inasal branches. Crews and manager are well trained and approachable, and they dont let the customer to call them and ask for a rice. One thing I notice they always prioritize the order of take out and grab food. But this is only my opinion maybe I am wrong with this. Thanks mang inasal for your...
