Food is great, but I wont come back bcos of very bad customer service. They wont honor my aunt's Senior Citizen Card, bcos she's not the one making the purchase. She just had a total hip replacement, and just requested me to buy for her. The staff even stressed that my aunt shud be there physically to make the purchase, even if i have the card, authorization letter, and can even make the video call. We tried to buy buko pandan on December 23, 2024, and asked if we could pay in advance for pickup on the 24th. The OIC assured us there would be enough stock and said it wasn’t necessary.

When we returned on December 24th, there was no stock left. The OIC didn’t apologize, and none of the six staff members in the store seemed to care. This ruined our Noche Buena, as it was the only request of my 90-year-old father-in-law.
