Pancake House U.P. Town Center — Restaurant in Quezon City

Regarding food, service, and the branch atmosphere. Everything is line with expectations for a Pancake House branch. In fact, I would say that this branch has exceeded my expectations with regard to the food quality.

Pancake house food quality has been on the decline since the Pandemic, so when I dined in this branch recently after multiple mediocre visits to different branches since 2020, I was surprised to see that the food quality has returned to its pre-pandemic levels.

The service was really good, but considering I dined around 8-9am, I expect the service to be good since there was a total of 5 patrons inside the restaurant during my stay.

The branch was also well cleaned and maintained.

My go-to recommendations would be the set meals, specifically the House Specials Set A and House...

My partner and I decided to eat here because of the 50% discount for a my credit card, before we actually ordered we confirmed it with the stuff if we reach the minimum amount for discount eligibility for dine in, but if we can't consume all orders and left overs can be taken out(which is like a common thing dining in) is it still valid and stiff confirmed it. After billing and paying out, the Manager approached us saying for that time he just allowed it but shouldn't be repeated. How come? The promo mechanics didn't say anything prohibiting that to avail discount we cannot take out our left overs. If that is the case it's not the customers fault, either the store or food...

First time to dine-in in this branch. We were very very disappointed 😞 Slow service and impolite staff. We've been waited for more than 20 mins just for the pancakes. Been requesting for an extra chair and hot sauce for the burger but no action to the server, Gino. Also, we've been requesting to their OIC, Drew, very late action too.
