Their staffs are not knowledgable on the prices of their items to the point that they will overcharge you wrongly . You need to go through your receipt in order to check the over charges they make. This has happened twice to me already.

Moreover, they want you to buy their eco bag and are unaccomodating to help you if you dont. Since I gave them my eco bag, their staff Carlo just placed my eco bag on the table and would not even help place the bought items into my eco bag. I had to place the paid breads into my eco bag on my own. There is no store manager in sight so the staffs are free to do whatever bad service they want to...

I love everything about purple oven EXCEPT for their policy of not allowing an authorized representative of a senior citizen to avail of the discount even upon presentation of the valid ID and the authorization letter.

How can the elderly enjoy their baked goods with the leisure of not having to go to People Oven’s physical store if you have a policy that the senior citizen has to show up in the cctv footage to sign a form? I just find it goes against their privileges and disabilities when they already have a hard time...
