Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Quezon City

Commendation to CED. He was very nice, accomodating and respectful. Great customer service. I hope the first employee who entertained us today on the second floor and slightly argued with my father(who is a bit cranky senior citizen) can be trained by him😁(fingers-crossed. so that each time we go there, will be a great experience).

We went to this particular branch on May 24 and September 2(today), both to celebrate birthdays. We were a party of 18 so we are a bit noisy, messy and the old people are already a bit cranky(so please don't argue with them or if you must, please do it in a nice way. Both times, we were given a freebie or a discount by the supervisor(thanks a lot😁. Encourages us to come back.) The employees on the 1st floor are all very nice including the security guard who always helps with the parking.

Food is great according to the kids. They all enjoyed the unlimited serving. We always enjoy being at Mang Inasal because the ambiance encourages you to talk with each other without being conscious of the nect table because they are happily eating and talking, too.

Hopefully next time, there will be a happy plus machine for a much better experience. Thank you very much.😁

This happened May 10,2025. I ordered 2 halo-halo at 2:25pm. It has been 10mins and I have not received my order. There were 2 men who came after me and their order of halo-halo arrived. I asked the server why is my order taking so long and the order of the 2 guys who came after me already arrived. She replied it should be coming out soon, take out kasi Ma'am yung sa inyo. Is that a proper answer? Are take-out orders less important? After 20 mins, I got my order! Imagine, it's just 2 halo-halo!!! They should review their system and the staff should...

Service was REALLY bad. Had to wait for 20 mins only for an incomplete order. BBQ was served after everyone else finished their PM1 lol. To make it worse 2 of the PM1 were undercooked, chicken still has blood on it and still pinkish. Store was UNDERSTAFF despite it being lunch time and packed.
