Sillon is just a stone's throw away from our office. It typically opens at 6:30AM, perfect for those really-early meetings or if you get tired of the usual Jollibee-McDonald's breakfast fare. Whenever I'm at Silon, my go-to breakfast meal is the Adobo Flakes with Garlic Rice and Atsara. It is so good especially with their brewed Amadeo coffee which is usually grown in Cavite. Please do not get me wrong, Silon is more than your typical breakfast place as it is a Filipino culinary gem in the heart of Quezon City. Ample indoor seating and they have al fresco seats as well. Glad to know that they are pet...

I also love the cup that they served my coffee in. The price is very much reasonable for the quality of the food and the ambience of the place. I will...
