A 2-storey establishment with 1 restroom in the first floor and 1 female and 1 male restroom in the 2nd floor. Always take your receipt and don't lose it if you want to use their restrooms as the number at the bottom of the receipt is what you can use to open the restroom's lock if it's unoccupied.
This branch actually my go-to-place to study. They have a separate room that's a bit warmer if you're not a fan of air conditioning.
I usually get Starbucks' Blueberry Cheesecake as it's really unlike any other cheesecakes. Packed with blueberries, creamy and thick!
For drinks, I'd either get a Tall Dark Mocha Frappuccino, or a Tall Dark Mocha Frappe with Strawberry Syrup, or a Venti of Pure Matcha Frappe with Strawberry Syrup, or a Venti of Iced Shaken Hibiscus Tea with Pomegranate Pearls. (I'm a fan of Strawberry if it's not obvious. lol)
For Frappes, I usually get Whole Milk, with Whipped Cream, add syrup - Not Sweet, & Strawberry sauce. Well, that's for to-go's. And I sometimes ask for Decaf if I have work the next day. I don't have the whole day to burn all the...
Read moreI loved going to this branch because of the ambiance upstairs, ideal for studying. However, when it comes to the food/drinks, it seems like you're just getting half the worth of your money. I am basing this in comparison with the other branches, for instance, the slice of their limited Pistachio Dream Bar. In the Congressional and Centris branch, it was twice the size per serving. Moreover, there was a time when the drinks were almost half whipped cream for the frappe ones. Also, the crews tend to forget to deduct or apply the discount when you bring your own cup. Even if it's been there in front of them the whole time. And they'll just ask if it's okay not to deduct because they've already printed the receipt. It has happened to us quite a few times. The staff are friendly, yes. Just a little bit sus when it comes to the food/drinks they serve. Nonetheless, I think there's plenty of room improvement. Just needs a little inspiration on serving fair portions from other...
Read moreVisited the Starbucks Roosevelt branch via Drive-Thru and had a really disappointing experience with a barista named Alex. From the start, her tone was noticeably rude — after we gave our initial order, she curtly asked, “Anything else?” in a way that felt more like an annoyance than customer service. We added to our order, and she repeated the same question again, still sounding impatient and unfriendly.
What made it worse was that she never bothered to repeat our order back to confirm it. When we got to the window and paid, we discovered later that she gave us the wrong drink.
We expect better from Starbucks, especially in terms of service. This kind of attitude really puts people off. Hope the management takes steps to address how customers are treated — especially in a busy setting like Drive-Thru, where accuracy and courtesy...
