Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Quezon City

I ate in this restautant yesterday( it was a Saturday before lunch hour. At the counter, I asked what menu is ready to be served because I don't have the time to wait for cooking time. She said BBQ is ready so I ordered that meal. I had to wait 30 min and I have to ffup the order a few times. The service is very very slow, staff is not efficient and not trained and capable to handle even if the restaurant is not full. You even have to wait for the spoon and fork because they don't have enough. The arrangement of the seats and tables is too close to each other, and you cannot walk through or get out of your table without disturbing other çustomers to move their chair a bit so you can pass. And this annoys the customers who don't want to budge. This is the worst Mang Inasal I have experienced so far. Ang bagal ng service. The food was serve after 55 minutes and they didn't even inform us and the other customers that it will take that long. Malamig na naserve yung food. Na una pa i serve yung halohalo sa main dish and na tunaw na at lahat wala parin. Additionally yung sa katabi namin na customer din, they was informed na 45 minutes lang daw pero inabot parin ng 1 hour i serve yung food nila and bloody pa yung manok.
