Fast, friendly, and efficient service. Not a crowded restaurant, and that's good considering very few parking slots.

In terms of the food, they taste so good; however, I was expecting a soup on the side since it's a Tapa meal and I remember that they used to serve that back then. I guess not anymore. Also, the food was warm and not hot.

Biggest issue tho was the server offered us a set menu for two so there's a little bit of discount. And then when we were paying, they rejected our PWD/SC discount cards, saying that we already ordered a "discounted" menu set so we can't get more discounts, which wasn't mentioned before we placed our orders. We should've just got regular meals as we can save more with our discount cards than getting their...

Too dark, gloomy and moist inside. Probably why they're prone to errors fulfilling online orders. Inconsistent, sometimes the tapa is not oily, but lately it's too oily. It seems they changed their oil, or cooking method. Before when it was good, the texture of the beef looked more like boiled, now it looks more like fried. Too many charred black flakes on the beef tapa too, not sure if it's just pepper or actually dirty with foreign matter.
