La Creperie holds a special place in my heart. I've had plenty of memories in this quaint little spot in New Manila. While it has been a long time since I dined, it's nice to see its modern look but keeps the classiness to it. Location: As a corner restaurant, you can't expect a lot of parking space. However, simply approach the restaurant's guard and he'll happily assist you in finding a parking spot. It can be easy to miss the place because the store sign is almost hidden by trees, but you'll know you're there when the corner is filled with cars. Atmosphere/ Interior: It's much brighter than how it was a few years back. The tables and chairs are much lighter compared to the heavy Victorian-style furniture from before. The kitchen area looks more appealing. It continues to give that classy vibe and how could I not mention Michael Buble songs playing in the background? The place makes you feel like a rich auntie or uncle. Service: The staff and guard were all attentive, caring, informative, and kind. They are well aware of the menu, update you on your meal's situation, and they aren't the type that's on your face. They are careful to refill your water when it's half empty and they serve the food altogether so that you and your companion can dine together. Food: We ordered the Chicken Pesto Sandwich (P355), Chorizo Bacolod (P345), and Vanilla Bourbon tea (P295). The Chicken Pesto Sandwich was nice and gentle, though the chicken was a bit dry, the fries were one of the better fries I've had, the pesto was not too potent, and the bread was toasted well. The Chorizo Bacolod was flavorful pairing well with the garlic rice, the side salad had a nice tangy taste, the scrambled eggs were cooked nicely (not too overcooked but not too wet). The Vanilla Bourbon tea took the meal to an elevated level. I would put it on my top tier tea list for its subtle and soothing flavor, aromatic smell, and delectable color. Overall, La Creperie is a place that teleports you for just a while to a Paris-like experience, where you can feel elegant for a moment's time, and a perfect place for the auntie dates, couple dates, and mother-daughter dates. I'll be sure to try the crepes next time! Until we eat again!

La Creperie New Manila: A Parisian Breakfast Delight Your breakfast at La Creperie in New Manila sounds like a delightful way to start the day! The restaurant itself seems to perfectly capture the essence of a charming French cafe, offering a chic and inviting atmosphere. Breakfast Bliss: The food you ordered sounds absolutely delicious. The perfectly seasoned beef Angus tapa with egg and fried rice is a classic Filipino breakfast elevated with high-quality ingredients. It's great to hear the beef was tender and cooked to perfection. Sweet Satisfaction: The French toast topped with apple and walnut sounds like a delightful twist on a classic. The perfect sweetness level ensures a satisfying yet balanced breakfast treat. And the pièce de résistance? The caramel cream cake – its divinity speaks volumes! A Parisian Escape: The combination of delicious food and a chic Parisian ambiance makes La Creperie a fantastic breakfast destination. It seems like the perfect spot to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy a delightful taste of France.

Our visit to La Creperie was a delicious mix of hearty meals and indulgent desserts. We started with the Chicken Caesar Salad, crisp and fresh with just the right amount of dressing and tender chicken slices—simple but satisfying. The Angus Beef Tapa was a standout—flavorful, tender, and perfectly paired with garlic rice and egg for a comforting, savory bite. Seafood lovers will enjoy the Shrimp Aligue—plump shrimp tossed in rich crab fat sauce with a hint of spice, making each forkful irresistible. To end on a sweet note, we had the Mango Hazelnut au Chocolat—a beautiful crepe filled with the tropical freshness of mango, the crunch of hazelnuts, and the lusciousness of chocolate sauce. A perfect finale. With its cozy ambiance and a menu that blends familiar favorites with French flair, La Creperie is a spot worth revisiting for both mains and desserts.

Had dinner here last Aug. 7 together with my wife (both of us are senior citizens) and our son and his wife. My wife and I had the pumpkin soup (split into two), bolognese, and le humburger. Our son and daughter-in-law ordered the same set as ours plus 2 orders of Salidou. We also had 3 cups of cafe creme. Now the best part. When we asked for the bill, I always automatically give our senior citizen cards. Sometimes I do not check if the sc discount was applied properly before paying. I should have because reviewing the bill afterwards, I saw that La Creperie was less than honest in applying the sc discount. They applied the 20% discount on the following items only: 1 pumpkin soup, 1 bolognese, 1 coke zero in can and 1 sprite in can. The restaurant did not appky the discount on the hamburger I ate (which is the more expensive item). Not only that, they charged VAT on all the items which is against the law. We sat at table 6 (party of 4) and the cashiers...
