LOLA Cafe - Broadway (New Manila) — Restaurant in Quezon City

I had an amazing experience at Lola Cafe New Manila branch during my son's baptism. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and the food was absolutely delicious. From the moment we arrived, Mechelle, the branch manager, went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of and that our event ran smoothly.

The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist us with our needs. They made sure that all of our guests were well taken care of and had a great dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our celebration.

The food at Lola Cafe New Manila branch was simply outstanding. Every dish we ordered was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor.

I would like to commend Mechelle for her impeccable coordination skills. She was incredibly organized and attentive to detail, making sure that every aspect of our party was executed flawlessly. Review of Valentine's Day promo experience. We reserved a table with a down payment and pre-ordered our starter and dessert. We were seated right away, but our starter for 2 took forever (even after pre-ordering). 1 was served first, then the second was served in the middle of the main course. Then the dessert was served before we were done with the main course. It was all very weird.

Thankfully, the food was DELICIOUS! We chose the Avocado Quesong Puti (toast) for our starter, the Inasal Chimichurri Chicken for our main course, and Ube Queso de Bola Cheesecake for dessert. We also ordered their Lola House Sangria and Gumamela cocktails. The serving size was generous enough to fill up a big eater like me.

But the service continued its weirdness when they didn't deduct our down payment from the bill. Good thing we remembered! We were seated on the 2nd floor, which was cramped. Each table was half an arm's length away from the next. It was hard to feel the romance. Maybe they're not as cramped on a regular day. The 1st floor seemed spacious, but I think it was reserved for a big family.

Overall okay place with delicious food. Though their servers are nice and friendly, they could be a little faster and learn how to pay attention to detail. We'll probably visit again on a regular day to try...

Best place to have an intimate celebration. The staffs assigned to assist us at the buffet area were Jay, Jervee, Kelvin and 2 Jasons. We like their efficiency and were very helpful in portioning the food. I also like how they introduced the food items before serving. They were very accomodating and attentive to all of our needs. Even the managers Ms Mechelle and Ms Mitch made sure we had everything we needed.

As always, food quality was on point. We especially loved the Ceasar salad, Tartufo pasta and of course, the Kesong Puti Cheesecake and Auro chocolate cake.

I'm a food lover and pretty hard to please but Lola Cafe's food never ceases to satisfy my palate. Oh, did I mention value for money? Prices are affordable for the quality of food and service you get.
