I'll start with the good. Myself and my partner had previously stayed in one of their overlooking rooms back in 2019. The room felt very old, but the good food and customer service provided made for a great stay.||||Once they reopened in late 2020 from all the pandemic closings, we wanted to get back out wnd support businesses we had previously enjoyed before the pandemic, so we started inviting friends to hsng with us there. The service st that point was barely there, but the food was still great along with the live music performer. We found out that during the pandemic period, they had been renovating the property and now had some suites that were overlooking with a much more updated look snd feel to them (from the photos online). So we decided to book one for two nights on Valentines weekend 2021.||||WELL I REGRET BOOKING THAT SUITE BIG TIME||||I feel like such a fool in the end. The whole weekend there was one let down after the next and so much money being spent TRYING to have a great time. First off, even though I saw they were charging 10,000 pesos per night, I knew it was too expensive, but I love the view and just really wanted to support. Honestly, those suites, once we finally saw them, were still under construction. No phone, no outside lighting installed, no wifi. With no phone, there's essentially no room service unless you walk down three flights of stairs just to find someone to let them know what you want. How can you relax with that? Also, with the rooms being the most expensive on the property with no phone, they should at least have had someone designatwd to check in with them periodically, but no such thing occured unless you first took the time to go walking up and down flights of stairs to find someone. ||||We paid for a data plan on one of our cell phones just to connect wifi to their tv so we could at least get netflix and such. Then on the last day, we planned to use the videoke room. Had already confirmed with one of the workers what time we had it for snd everything. When the time came, they told us it was given to someone else. They also said they had another bigger room they could give us on the second floor (all other videoke rooms are on ground floor) and they said the room on the second floor was goinv to cost us an additional 1,000 pesos which made it 4,500 pesos just for a few hours of videoke. I said ok sure since it's all consumable anyway and we love the food.||||Well, we finally see the room they gave us and it was essentially a storage room where they kept a bunch of old broken down chairs, ping pong tables and whatever other random things they just throw in there pretty much. They didn't bother to rearrange the room to make it look in any way decent. So there we were again, paying for another more expensive room at this place just to be treated horribly. I believe the room rental was about 3 or 4 hours. ||||We saw a waiter maybe 3 times. Time number one was when we first got in there snd placed our first order. Time two was delivery of our order seemingly an hour later. Time three was when they came back after not seekng them for HOURS and we had been waiting to order more drinks and such. The waiter that time only came basically to let us know last call for ordering ANYTHING had passex about an hour or so ago at that point. So we lost out AGAIN. By that point I was so over it and so disappointed in a place I had really loved up until tjat time and was doing my best to support.||||No way should those suites cost that much even once they are fully finished being renovated. How can those suites justify costing as much if not more than the 5 star hotel Shangri-La or even the Sofitel in Manila? Makes no sense no matter how you try to say it. I just wanted to support a place I felt had great potential, but was hugely let down.||||Seems that since the pandemic, the customer service overall has declined tremendously. It's like the workers generally have a presence about them that they really don't care about anything at all snd it's a crying shame for the guests. ||||From what I'm told, we were the only ones staying there in the suites as paying guests that weekend so if they see this, they will surely know who I am. I thought long and hard on whether to post this, but it really just has to be said. I don't hate any of them, but I had to come and tell the truth of current reality about this place.||||Overall, 20,000 for the suite, 4,500 for videoke and 4 or 5,000 more on other things bought there brings me to around 30,000 pesos spent with them on a horrible weekend experience I will not soon forget,...
Read moreStayed here last March 26-27 for our 5th Anniversary as boyfriend/girlfriend. Place is very intimate, situated inside a subdivision in Beverly Hills Antipolo. For commuters like us, place is very accessible just along the way from Ortigas extension, just tell the driver to drop you off at Beverly Hills Subd. then ride a tricycle from there. Place is very quiet and perfect for couple who are looking for a romantic staycation! Staff are very friendly and accomodating, and as per my fiancé he felt safe for me since all of the staff are female. We also enjoyed our candelit dinner at their mini garden with the view of Antipolo's downtown. The staff also told us that they only have 4 rooms there and could only accomodate up to 16-22 pax for the whole place to make sure that they can handle their visitors well. Hence, we really felt special with the way they handle our needs. Pool is not that clean the time we went there but that's the only downside of our stay there. Meals offered are choice of italian and pinoy food. The room we stayed in is very clean same as the surroundings of the whole place. Overall rating is 10/10, we'll defintely wanna go...
