PLACE - NICE.

STAFF - MEH. First servers we saw made us feel unwelcome, x-ray visioned us when we entered. That mature little lgbtq trainee was too rude and too indifferent to be in customer service. But props to Bunso and parking boy.

SERVICE - MEH. Over an hour wait time and took twice to get our orders right. Lgbtq trainee could have told us within 10mins that wings weren't available anymore. Props again to Bunso, turned everything 0-100 real fast when he noticed that our girls were already irritated

FOOD - MEH. Portions were big, but, meat is bland, dry and most flavors were legit disgusting. Crust is too thick of the flavors with thin sauce, can't say crispy, more appropriately, hard to chew. Flavors with thick sauce were too soggy; tokneneng-sa-suka feels, par. Varieties taste far from the flavors offered. Sauces were in three levels~

1. too dull
2. seasoned with ocean water
3. burnt Well the price is affrdbl, however, Hippers and The Sibs (same price; both in the same area, but were closed btt) are class S+ compared.

PRICE - WAS OKAY. But unjustified. And they surprise you with the service fee ;) This lgbtq trainee presented our bill. We left the exact amount + tip. They/he/she could have checked if the payment was correct to the cent right then and there, but didn't. Decided it would be better to chatter away with the counter lady, for some good minutes that we rested at our table, then ran up to us when we were ready to leave, already on our motorcycles, just to tell us we were some coins short. There were people getting ready to leave as well. It was embarrassing, but we paid what was asked.

I wish they could have handled that with a better approach.

DISAPPOINTED! Not bec of the food but the actions of supervisor of the restaurant! Our first time to drive to Antipolo to try and dine in at Wing Commander last Sunday. We were all excited & the moment we stepped in at the entrance, somebody at the door who never even greeted us,ask us to get our own pens ready for name registrations, he demanded us that we should be responsible to bring our own pens. We told him we were not informed of the new policy and that its never written in their Facebook page and if its ok to use their pen that is currently on the table and just wipe it with alcohol after. He immediately shouted at us, we were really shocked people were looking at us while he began rudely asking to follow their protocol and demand us to get our own alcohol in our bags and show it and use it, shouldnt be their responsibility and their restaurant strict guidelines to have a sanitiser? I keep asking him what have we not followed on their protocol. They were five of us who witnessed the horror and how arrogant this person in WING COMMANDER, he even threaten us to go to their baranggay just bec we dont have alcohol and pens! What a j*rk! I asked if there was a manager or supervisor around and noticed his tag "supervisor" . This was a very horrific experience, all we wanted was to eat peacefully but this gay supervisor who was maybe having a bad day began scaring customers! WE JUST ATE BESIDE HAS A BETTER EAT ALL U CAN WINGS AND BETTER SERVICE...

This is the first time I will have to write a very bad review. Good thing I have not ask all my friends to go in this place.

The food was not good . (we ordered Unli Chicken for the price of 248) which we thought already good (the chicken has some smell probably from being frozen wasn't thawed correctly). When they served the chicken only few in their flavorings are good the rest are not acceptable. ( you can order at 198 price however you can only get 1 flavor for this) they also have 298 if not mistaken with unli rice and drink and fries but believe me its not worth the price. ( they served garlic parmesan only to see that the chicken is swimming in the butter) There were so many staff standing (10) yet they only choose to give comfort to whom they would like to (and there's a service charge Hmmp). We requested to be transfer to a different table and yet they insist that the table is only for four people and when there's two new guests arrive without hesitation they offered the table for four. (what the heck of customer service is that?) don't look down on your guests. The Place is only good for people who wanna drink and eat without tasting their food. Over all the flavorings of the chicken is not worth for the price and the service charge is not worth as well. I have been into so many delicious Unli chicken stores but I think their chicken flavorings is not worth...
