I've been to different Ramen house since I am a fan of Ramen ( avid fan ) but this one is the worst one. Stamina Ramen was too way salty, my taste buds couldnt tolerate the saltiness. Ive asked one of the staff if its really super salty and he just node at me. I couldnt take the taste that's why I brought it downstairs and told then my concern re their ramen. They took it and after 3mins they bring it back with an additional 'hot water' instead of ramen brooth. Karaage was just an "ordinary one, nothing special" and not even close to the taste of real karaage in other japanese resto. The gyoza was oishi and accdg to staff it was homemade. Actually, we've been dying to try their Ramen since they are famous around Marikina but to our dismayed, it's not what we are expecting. I know that their price is a lot cheaper compared to other Ramen house like Ippudo and Nagi but their pricing is close enough to Ramen Kuroda ( they have a branch in SM MARIKINA near Pizza hut ) which is too good to be true compared to them. It's not my thing to post a review, I'm just totally disappointed and will never...

This time around, our taste buds are more matured---ready to try any ramen outside tonkatsu and Shio. So we dined here yesterday to try their Miso Ramen and boy we do love that soup base. The serving is big, we even shared a bowl since we are not starving when we made our visit. The chasu however is easily broken down like flakes, half slice Tamago is not cooked to perfection (too boiled). Also chili powder is not readily available on tables, you need to requested them from the kitchen. The Gohan is very very good, almost brought us back to Japan where we tasted the best (of course a legit one)...
